On this contact form, Thomas William Furniture asks for your personal information to fulfill your request for products and information or to contact you about your order. Your information is never rented, sold or shared with anyone or any company.

SHOWROOM

As for our showroom. . .it is a traveling showroom. Check out the Art Fairs listed on our website to see where we will be next. If you are not near one of the Art Fairs, 414-916-3025 is the number you can use to place an order.

If you are near one of our Art Fair locations, we encourage you to stop in to place your order, ask questions, or simply see that piece that you have been coveting. We are proud of our website, but there really is no substitutue for experiencing our furniture in person.

PAYMENT

We build furniture on a customer request basis and require a 50% deposit to initiate your order. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a written confirmation to ensure your order information is accurate. When your order is nearing completion we will contact you to make arrangements for delivery/shipping. The balance will be due prior to shipment. We accept money orders, personal checks, Visa, American Express and MasterCard.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

Most orders take between 3 to 6 weeks to build. Delivery takes an additional 1 to 2 weeks depending on your location. When your order is nearing completion, we will contact you to schedule a date and time for delivery/shipment.

IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

In some cases, furniture is available immediately from inventory. These are most often small or one-of-a kind pieces. You may take them with you when purchased at Art Fairs or we can arrange for delivery/shipping.

OUR LIFETIME GUARANTEE

Proper care will ensure a lifetime of satisfied use from your Thomas William Furniture. Should our furniture fail at any time during the life of the original owner because of workmanship or a failure of the wood materials, we will either repair or replace it. Some custom requested wood species, and modifications are excluded.

SENDING A GIFT?

We offer gift certificates that come in a ribbon-tied gift box, surrounded by wood shavings. The certificate can be issued for any amount. We can also enclose a gift card with your order. Gift-wrapping is available on small items. If your gift of a selected furniture piece will not be ready in time for the special occasion, we will gladly send a gift-boxed announcement with a photo of the piece you’ve chosen enclosed.

INSCRIPTIONS

If you would like a personal inscription on a piece, we can attach an engraved brass plaque for $20.
