Refund Policy

Thomas William Furniture, LLC

At Thomas William Furniture, each piece is handcrafted with care and intention, often made specifically for the individual customer. Because of the custom and artistic nature of our work, please review the following policy carefully.

All furniture and commissioned pieces are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns on furniture or custom commissions.

Every piece is carefully packed and insured through the shipping carrier. While damage during transit is rare, we are committed to resolving it promptly and fairly should it occur.

  • Any damage incurred during shipping must be reported to Thomas William Furniture within five (5) days of delivery.
  • Please retain all original packaging and provide clear photographs of the damage to assist with the claim process.
  • All shipping damage claims are handled directly by Thomas William Furniture with the shipping carrier.

If damage occurs during shipment, Thomas William Furniture will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the damaged piece, or
  • Create a replacement piece of furniture of the same size and agreed-upon design.

Additional time may be required for repairs or for the creation of a replacement piece. We will communicate clearly with you throughout this process.

  • Any insurance claims related to shipping damage will be filed by Thomas William Furniture.
  • Any insurance payouts or compensation from the shipper are issued directly to the artist, not the purchaser, and are used solely to repair or replace the damaged piece.
  • Insurance payouts are not issued to customers under any circumstances.

Our goal is always to ensure you receive a piece that reflects the craftsmanship, quality, and integrity of our work. While refunds are not offered, we stand behind our furniture and will work with you to make things right in the rare event of shipping damage.
