All artwork, furniture designs, photographs, and images on this site are the sole property of Thomas William Furniture, LLC, unless otherwise credited, and are protected by copyright laws.

Purchase of a physical furniture piece does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

• Artwork, designs, and images may not be reproduced, copied, or used by any third party without prior written permission.
• Tom Dumke retains all intellectual property rights to artwork and designs before and after sale.
• Reproduction rights must be purchased separately if desired.

If purchased work appears in third-party publications (including magazines, blogs, or social media), appropriate credit must be given to Tom Dumke / Thomas William Furniture.

Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, color, figure, and texture are inherent and expected and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or place items temporarily “On Hold.”

We do not warrant that products will meet every expectation or that errors will always be corrected.
